Dosages (Basic Instructions)


The theory of using herbs and vitamin therapy for illness is basically the same for each ailment:

1. Help the body to eliminate the illness by cleansing colon with herbal laxatives.

2. Take the herbs for specific ailment and those that help move toxins into eliminating organs.

3. Take mega doses of vitamins specific to the ailment to give the body strength.

4. Keep diet light so the body can use its energy to fight the illness instead of using it to digest heavy food.

Basic Instructions for Vitamins and Minerals

Foundation: Natural Multiple Vitamin & Mineral Supplement.



Vitamin A -75,000-100,000 IU/day for 5 days, then skip a day.
Vitamin C -1,000 mg. every hour.
After second day take with calcium and B complex, so C won't act as a chelating agent.
Vitamin E - 400 to 800 lU daily.

Follow the same instructions with these decreased amounts for the [children] ages listed below.

12 to adult
Vitamin A - 75,000/day
Vitamin C - same as adult
Vitamin E - 200 IU/day
6 to 12
Vitamin A - 25-50.000/day
Vitamin C - same as adult
Vitamin E - 100 IU/clay
3 to 6
Vitamin A - 10-20,000/day
Vitamin C - same as adult
Vitamin E - multiple is enough

Food for Acute Illness

I Peppermint tea, Chamomile, alfalfa-mint, Red Raspberry, and other tonic teas.
2. Vegetable juices.
3. Vegetable broths or soup
a. carrots, onions, parsley, potato, etc.
b. potato-onion soup (red potatoe, including skins)
c. chicken soup (remove skins before cooking.)
4. Small quantities of fruit juice; two 4 ounce servings per day maximum (no citrus juices, except lemon.)
5. Steamed vegetables
6. Baked potato
7. Yogurt-Cottage Cheese
8. Back to Mild Food Diet.
9. Back to Real Food Diet.

*No sugar, breads, meat, or junk food during acute illness.

Exercise during Acute Illness

When someone is very ill, walking may be all that is possible and even short walks may require the aid of another person. Walking barefoot on the grass has been known to help one's energy level.

Acute Illness and Colds

1. Use an Herbal Infection Fighting Combination plus garlic . (Adding garlic to these combinations speeds healing.) -
We use these amounts for Adults: 4 capsules 3 or 4 times a day;
Ages 12-18: 3 capsules 3 or 4 times a day;
Ages 6-12: 2 capsules 3 or 4 times a day;
Ages baby to 6: 1 capsule 3 or 4 times a day.

2. 1-2 capsules Herbal Combination specific to ailment (cough, kidney, etc.) may be added to the Infection Fighting Combinations. (For example for adults with a cold and cough we would take 4 capsules of an Infection Fighting Combination and 1-2 capsules of a Lung Combination every 3 or 4 hours.)

3. Multiple Vitamin and Mineral Supplement plus B Complex.
4. Vitamin A -50,000 to 100,000 IU a day (adults) for 5 days. Then skip a day.
5. Vitamin C -1,000 mg. every 2 or 3 hours. Add calcium and B-Complex after second day.
6. Cleanse colon with herbal laxatives, enemas, and/or colonics.
