Hypoglycemia is LOW blood sugar. This reults in dizziness, weakness, inability to concentrate, irritability, mood
swings, fatigue and more. There tends to be a constant craving for sugar and simple carbohydrates. Eating small meals
with some protein in them throughout the day is very beneficial.
