The ileocecal valve is the valve between the small intestine and the large intestine. This valve may become irritated

To locate the ileocecal valve
draw an imaginary line from your navel (belly button) to
the right hip. The ileocecal valve is located about halfway
along that line. Massage the area in a clockwise motion to
